Support in strategic planning for start-ups in Pharma and Medical devices

For the last year, I have been working with a start-up company in the medical devices field, which I fiend highly enjoyable. In this role, I am involved in a lot of strategic planning, starting with financial strategy planning, over to business partnerships and the development of a whole project planning activity, planning regulatory steps and the development of the company in total.

Also the planning of generation of supportive data was and is part of my work, in addition to research of current state of the art and writing texts and give valued input to marketing strategy.
